Nature provides the complete manual on how to live our lives in good health.  In today’s world, it is easy to forget that these clear instructions are right at our finger tips.  We become increasingly removed from our natural roots, and we develop diseases as a reflection of this disconnection.  I want to help you get back to health- naturally.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your healthiest self, using Nature’s instruction manual.  My approach is client centered and individualized for everyone I work with.  We start by figuring out your key strengths, values and goals, and then co-create steps to reach your wellness vision.  The steps are small and build up over time to sustainable, healthy habits, that align with a natural lifestyle.  Modern approaches to health dwell on counting calories and rigorous exercise. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods and exhausting work-out plans, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes that bring you closer to nature and your true self.  We will work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation, with Mother Nature as our guide.
