As a Holistic Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate your vision of and work toward your healthiest self.  My approach is client centered and individualized for everyone I work with.  We start by figuring out your key strengths, values and goals, and then co-create steps to reach your wellness vision.  The steps are small and build up over time to sustainable, healthy habits.  Sometimes you’ll try something out for a little while, and then figure out that it doesn’t work for you- which is ok!  Learning what isn’t for you is part of the journey, too.  Most approaches to healthy lifestyles dwell on counting calories and rigorous exercise. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods and exhausting work-out plans, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.  We will work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation.

We’ll work with healthy eating habits as a part of your whole picture of health, but I do not write diets or meal plans.  I’m trained in lots of different dietary theories, and I can help you “try them on” to see if something specific works for you, but mostly I like to help clients connect with their intuition to know what to eat.  I work with clients on the following topics:
